Hey, how's it going?

"Ultimately, 'how's it going?' is the most futile and the most profound of questions."- Pascal Bruckner
“You’re majoring in J Lo. Why are you so passionate about her?”“I’m passionate about Jennifer Lopez because her figure as a global star has carved out a space where Latinas/os can feel identified. The cultural text she produces allows marginalised subjects to subvert the hostile environments where they are located, by creatively attaching themselves to what she represents.”

I was walking along the River Thames with a friend when I saw this guy juggling. It was freezing outside so we asked him why he was juggling in the cold. He told us he was hyperactive so needed something to do to keep him busy. We then started talking about his hair, which was wrapped up in a bun. I was already obsessed with his beard so knew his hair must be cool too, so he kindly let it down and it was almost to the ground! “Your hair is amazing! How long have you been growing it for?”“About 12 years.”“How do you get it to grow so long?”“Diet. You just need to eat a varied organic diet.”

Summoned by Yoda I decided to ask the Jedi Master some life questions.“What does race mean to you? As the color of your face and hands don’t match, would you consider yourself multiracial?”He simply threw up a peace sign and then we fist bumped. I feel like all my questions were answered.
